The win against the Palo Alto Vikings was a close meet with the Firebirds reigning victorious in the last match. All eyes were on Donny Mena, 217 weight class, to bring home the win. All fans cheered when he was victorious!
This past weekend, Fremont wrestling took 5th place at the tough Overfelt Tournament. Donny Mena dominated his weight class pinning all opponents and taking 1st while LaQuintin Cathey got 2nd and Daunte Mills took 4th .
