Staff Policies

ADD/DROP PROCESS:

  • The add/drop process will be exclusively teacher initiated.   You will have a set of add/drop forms in your possession and additional forms may be obtained from Cheryl DeWit.
  • If a student has a legitimate cause to drop a class (e.g. failed Algebra 2 and is in Calculus) give the student the add/drop form to complete and the teacher will sign it.
  • If the change can be made a copy of the approved request will be placed in your staff mailbox at the end of the school day.  
  • If a student is adding a class an official schedule will be their ticket into the new classroom.   Please add them to the paper roster provided by the Attendance Office.   Please do not add or drop any student without seeing and signing the add/drop form.
